i sent my cv. then they call me for an interview with HR and 1 week later i had another interview with the manager. two or three days later they call me for an offer and i have accepted.
Case study rounds with manager and partner, along with questions to test company knowledge, why to hire us, why consulting, etc. followed by HR discussion to show ID card and then questions about ourselves and work experience

recruiter screen, then r1 with 2 manager level folks. final round in person with 2 MDs. A mix of traditional and non traditional behavioral questions as well as cases. The cases got harder for the final round.
