I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Sep 2016
Interview
Interview was kept very simple. All they were trying to do was to check your communication skills. Though the job description was of a software engineer nothing technical was asked. After getting shortlisted through a basic apt test there is just one interview having two panelist to go through. You are in as long as you don't stammer while answering.

On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
