It took months every 2 weeks there is interview. Different hiring managers and simple question for tech and culture. The negotiation comes after series of interviews. Just practice what is written in your cv and you will be good.

Relatively quick. This was for a contract position and the recruiter was very communicative and supportive. Didn't take very long to get next steps and interview questions were very simply.

Interview
