      Interview

The Accenture interview process typically starts with an application and resume screening, where recruiters evaluate your skills and experience based on the role requirements. This may be followed by an assessment round that can include aptitude questions, coding problems, or SQL queries, although for experienced candidates this step is sometimes skipped. The next stage usually involves one or two technical interview rounds, where you are asked about your knowledge of SQL, Python, data engineering concepts like ETL, ADF, or Databricks, and detailed discussions about your current or past projects. After clearing the technical rounds, there is a managerial round, which is often the final and focuses more on your communication skills, problem-solving approach, ability to handle challenges, and overall attitude rather than deep technical questions. You may be asked behavioral questions such as how you handled a difficult situation, why you want to switch jobs, or how you manage deadlines. Finally, if you clear all rounds, there is an HR discussion covering salary, notice period, and offer details.
