I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, ) in May 2025
Interview
Got an email for a one day hiring process. Went on site, I was there since 6:45am. Was let in at around 7am, I was first in line. Hiring process started 9am. I even "skipped" one process, the TALEGENT assessment, which I've passed beforehand. I got into the initial interview around 10:30am. Told me they'll just email me for updates. Never got one.
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
Initial aptitude round will be there, once after clearing that round we will be moved to next technical round where we have to introduce ourselves
About my project in engineering ,asked to describe it and my role in that
