My application started by a business game. That got a different format compared to "classic" online application.
First step: in-company business game. After an online competition where only the top 20 over 200 join it.
Second step: Telephone interview after an e-mail to HR dep.
The final step consist of the manager interview.

Applied for a winning women event. Everyone who attended it was fast-tracked to a video recorded interview, which I passed. The AC consisted of a group exercise, an individual analysis exercise and an individual interview. The AC was with people applying to graduate roles and summer internships together.

Phone Interview. I was asked about my educational background, difference between management and technology consulting and if I'm interest in consulting and what are my career goals after graduating university.
Some GPA related questions as well. They look for minimum of 2nd upper but might may exceptions for some outstanding students.
