I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2011
Interview
I had applied through my college to Accenture. Typically they hire freshers in the hundreds, so there is quite a bit of waiting that is involved if you are unfortunate. I was asked fairly simple, straightfoward questions, mostly about what I had done in my courses and a couple of questions about stacks and queues.

I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Kuala Lumpur) in Apr 2013
Interview
A casual phone interview that lasts for 30-45 minutes. Recruiters are extremely friendly and accommodating. Interviews are the usual background-related questions, prior working experiences (if any) or participations in college. Interviewers will start to gauge your technical capacity as the session progresses and will begin to suggest the job disciplines and functional areas that might match your skills. So, if you are very certain about applying to a certain role, do indicate upfront and use your magic to convince your interviewer. Of course, I dare say most candidates will apply to strategy/management consultant but vacancies are limited. So, be realistic and do look up for other viable choices that might interests you.
