I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Moscú, ) in Mar 2017
Interview
Was referred to as an Intern by current employee. First stage was phone screen, then two online tests: maths, logics and English. After 2 weeks passed, whole day was booked for assessment, there was 2 cases which needed to be presented to a group of Senior Managers in groups (there was 4 groups of 5 people). After presenting 13 of 20 people left for interview with managers we've presented to. According to feedback of others, interview was more about them as persons, not about their skills. My interview was the same, there was no skills check at all, just general logical and personal questions. 6 people from 13 interviewed were hired.
Started out with an online personality test. Further interview with project team was not too challenging as they were more interested in experiences and skills to fit with a specific team.
