Interview was with the Manager followed by HR discussion. Had both technical and behavioral questions. Salary discussion was over telephone, and not a bridge session. Salary negotiations could be better.
The interview was multiple rounds with various levels of senior leaders at the firm. It involved case interviews and behavior interviews for thirty minutes each. Later rounds were an hour.
A very long procedure with opaque timelines. 4/5 interviews. The interviews themselves where comfortable. A lot of focus on you as a person and the personal fit to the company and the team.
