Interview
took me to the training room in the back of the store and it was just me and one manager. The manager then conducted the interview. Afterward, I talked to the store manager and we talked about pay and he offered me the job.

Interview
Very straightforward and was similar to many other retail position interviews. More of a formality rather than a rigorous process. The interview experience was good. You understand what the position is typically before the process starts.

When was a time that you had to handle adversity and what did you do?
After sending in your application they will email you a link to conduct an online pre-interview done by a third party. If the company will alert Academy of your qualification level and if sufficient you will be asked to meet in-person for an interview with an Academy manager.
Pretty simple process and very basic interview questions.
