Interview
There were two people who where present during the interview, the HR rep and the hiring manager. The hiring manager did not ask any questions they only observed. The HR rep asked all the questions and stared me down whenever I spoke. The only time he looked away was to write down his notes. It was very intimidating. They said I would hear something by the end of the week, which I did not. I called them the next week they said they did not know anything yet. Then two weeks later I get an email saying that I was not chosen for the job.

Keeping up with payroll, time clock issues and hr. Keeping up with employee files, assisting CTLS. They asked questions about multi tasking and being able to help in other areas.

I started the process in December of the prior year. Phone interviews and in person interviews lasted through February and I began in March. I wasn’t always aware of my status during the process and found that to be frustrating. A little feedback goes a long way.
