Within a couple of days of applying I got an invite to take a HireView interview, and a few days after that I got notified about the next interview which would be over the phone, and then a few days after that I was informed of the hiring decision.
Overall pretty happy with the speed at which they got things done

How would you deal with an equipment malfunction such as your headphones going out while on a call with a customer?
There was a virtual on camera interview then over the phone. You were asked to give information based on STAR method. I answered with STAR method. I don't recall any other information.

I was asked to tell them about myself. Just general information for a call center.
Initial resume Screening. Virtual interview and final meeting with hiring manager. There is also a questionnaire to assess job related skills..it all took less than two weeks from application to be hired
