Received a phone interview from an area HR rep that went well. I was told that the store manager would contact me by Tuesday of the next week to set up an interview with them. Fast forward to the next Thursday and still no response. I called and talked to the manager who set up a phone interview for the following Tuesday. Fast forward to Tuesday, and again no call. When I went into the store on Wednesday and asked to speak with the manager I was told that they were not there, though I'm sure the person that was on the phone the Customer Service desk called was said manager. The next day I went in again and when asked my name the same thing happened, except I was told that my interview was supposed to be in person. Needless to say I never got the interview or even met the human that was supposed to have called me for the "phone interview". All in all the whole process seemed very unorganized and the managers did not want to be bothered or take any responsibility for their mistakes.
