You apply online. You take a fairly long assessment where it asks how you would react in certain situations. It asks questions that relate to your personality and temperament. If you pass this assessment, you are referred to the management team to be interviewed. Based on your responses on the assessment, you are given a score on strengths and weaknesses they have identified. Questions pertain to the weaknesses that they have identified. It is impossible to take the multiple choice assessment and not have any weaknesses. You are not asked any questions about your strengths.
