I had a single one on one interview. It was very straightforward and concise. However some interviews are conducted with a group of managers which can seem intimidating. Expectations were clearly laid out.

Interview
Three interviews spread out over 3 weeks. Positive and professional. Final interview consisted of meeting with three employees who asked various questions as they perused application. Initial interviewer and second interview were brief, comprehensive and productive.

Interview process was extremely easy and laid back. Hardly any questions were asked just had to fill out paper work and then you get called back for a second interview
