through recruitment agency wasn't difficult but wasn't asked the questions I was prepared for by the recruiter. the interviewer was not enthusiastic which put me off as I expected the person to be a bit more lively.

Applied with CV. I was then emailed a few days later with an offer for an interview via Microsoft Teams.
Was interviewed by 2 senior employees.
Received a phone call with a job offer the following week.
