AMS Senior Recruiter interview questions

Initial communication was good but you are passed to so many different people. There is no consistency in their interview processes. I was told my second interview would be an informal chat with the client when it wasn't, it was very much an in depth competency interview. I was told that there wasn't emphasise on recruiting in other countries but when I was in the interview it was clear that was the key thing they were looking for. If you get put forward for a different account you have to interview again. They don't seem to be able to just pass feedback to different hiring Managers. The whole process is disjointed, inconsistent and off-putting

I was contacted three times in the past 6 months for different roles I suppose The first time I was on vacation, made time to talk to the recruiter and no one called or even sent an aplologies e-mail. Second time I had a phone interview, everything normal, never heard back. Third time I was contacted by Linkedin.
