Interview
3 rounds of Interviews.
A lady called me to schedule phone interview, and we agreed on time when I will recieve a call. I was surprised that it was a Whatsapp Audio and not normal call. It affected the quality of the call. Literally second question was about the salary expectation. Tried to escape, but the recruiter told immediately if I don’t tell her the number, or at least the range, she cant proceed my application further. I said something on the lower range for the market. After that we talked in detail about my working experience.
Second call was 3 minutes- a guy called me just to check my german.
The 3rd and last round of interviews was Video call with 2 ladies, Team Leaders. They asked me many questions about my motivation and what I done before, what would I do if I feel overwhelmed with workload. They gave me an easy task: To find the mistakes in an email, based on the text with instructions how and to whom to send that email.
After 3 days got an offer, with the exact salary I said I expected on the first interview…challenged it for 10-15%. They agreed on 12% increase.
Just in the last moment I noticed that they wrote gros salary, so basically they were talking the whole time about the salary before taxis… which is a lot less than netto salary. I was actually shocked they would offer someone with HR experience and knowladge of german language so little. I declined the offer.

The interview process is quick and simple. Beginning with an initial screening from their sourcing team, and following up with a 30 minute -45 minute virtual interview with camera. The interview is hosted by the Recruiter Team Lead and the Talent Acquisition Partner.
