AMS Recruiter interview questions

Very pleasant interview, clear focus on the task at hand, very good description of the role, the expectations and the team. I also liked the fact that the benefits and a (potential) future career path was highlighted as well.

Internal recruiter reached out for a very brief phone call- seemed extremely rushed and like she could care less about what I had to say. Didn’t hear anything back for a couple weeks after having to follow up multiple times. Finally got set up for an interview. I completed two rounds of interviews and never heard anything back. Super unorganized process and not interested in working here after this experience.
