I had a really ironic experience with this company. I was contacted on LinkedIn by an internal recruiter about an employer branding role. They said a lot of flattering things about my profile and experience and how I'd be a great fit for their needs. They asked for my availability for a call if I was at all interested and said that they'd be happy to accommodate my schedule. I replied the same day with my contact information and availability. The next day I saw the recruiter looked at my profile again, but did not reply to my message or follow up about the interview. It's been a month now so I think I can safely assume they're not actually interested in me. It was a strange and off-putting candidate experience - particularly considering it was for an organization that consults with other organizations on employer branding.
