AMS interview questions

One of their recruiters found my CV on Indeed and messaged me to apply for her role. I applied and had a call with her. Then she arranged a Team interview with one of their hiring managers. (so far so good) On the day, the interviewer did not show up. After waiting for about 10 minutes, a member of their interview scheduling team dialled in and asked me to wait whilst she was trying to find the hiring manager/recruiter. So I waited. Finally, the recruiter joined the call, apologised for the incident and asked to rearrange the interview as the interviewer was off sick. Have to say it was a negative interviewing experience. The fact that this happened with an RPO company that charges other clients for employer branding and talent marketing work is ironic.
