One of their recruiters found my CV on Indeed and messaged me to apply for her role. I applied and had a call with her. Then she arranged a Team interview with one of their hiring managers. (so far so good)
On the day, the interviewer did not show up. After waiting for about 10 minutes, a member of their interview scheduling team dialled in and asked me to wait whilst she was trying to find the hiring manager/recruiter. So I waited. Finally, the recruiter joined the call, apologised for the incident and asked to rearrange the interview as the interviewer was off sick.
Have to say it was a negative interviewing experience. The fact that this happened with an RPO company that charges other clients for employer branding and talent marketing work is ironic.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AMS (Watford, East of England, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn.
Received a phone call within 6 hours, discussing in details what I was looking for & if this role wasn’t for me, what would be.
Stayed in communication with me whilst awaiting feedback from Hiring Manager, unsuccessful for initial role.
Got put forward for an even better role, with a dream Account for me to work under.
Screening Call & then teams interview with Line Manager, around an hour long - whole process feels very human, personal & tested, no time wasting or sneaky questions. Straight Forward.
Feedback, Offered, Accepted & Onboarded within 48 hours of interview.
Amazing experience all around, fully informative and well connected, communicative talent acquisition.

Question 1
We conduct business in (X) way, are you familiar with this & where/how have you applied it at (X) role?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AMS in Nov 2021
Interview
Had a few phonecalls, first was to provide brief overview of the role and gage salary expectations, which I set at 40k. Second was to further gage salary expectations and inform me that the hiering manager wants an interview but can not meet my salary expectations offering 35k instead. On the call with the hiering manager after 30 min spent discussing the role, I was told that it is now 32k as I am lacking experience. At this point I decided not to proceed. Overall it was a waste of time as I believe next call would have resulted in yet another reduction in salary that is offered.
