I applied online. I interviewed at AMS (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process was poor. The recruiter calls you, takes time to ask all their questions which is fine. Then all sorts of interesting things happen (multiple assessment calls with different recruiters working on other accounts - no information exchange internally?) and finally no feedback. I mean nothing at all! This isn't how you find and retain great talent.

Interview
It was a pleasant experience where you are able to freely express and be yourself. The interviewer also holds a friendly and professional aura.
The candidates were able to be well-informed of both the position and the company, along with the culture and values.

Interview
First of the recruiter initially responded quick and scheduled me for an interview at 3pm est/2pm CT...I was there in the teams 2:50est... 3 pm...nothing. Then, I call the recruiter who doesn't answer and I email her, she responded and stated the person is running late. Then, the person says their wrapping up a meeting and will call afterwards and if I can email her my number and resume... Should already have it but the recruiter dropped the ball... That's 3:08 I got a call at 3:41-3:45, she talking fast, telling me she didn't know she had an interview and didn't get my info... Which I see she was on the calendar so it's a matter of her not checking her calendar. She goes I have to make it quick so we have 20 mins before another meeting. She literally rushed me, drinking water kinda loud and almost choked. I just knew it wasn't going to go well. Then the recruiter said she'd follow up end of day ... Guess what? Nothing! It's incredibly disrespectful and was an absolute waste of any of my time. The position sounded pretty cut and dry but whatever branch that is left a foul taste in my mouth. From the moment the person followed up late because she was wrapping a meeting AFTER the scheduled time should've been enough.
