First contact via LinkedIn (they messaged me), followed by some mailing to find the best position matching my skills and experience. Several rounds of interviews with business managers on my background, experiences, match for the position. Then online assessment (C++ test), and subsequently an interview with a technical manager. Finally, 2 interviews with the business unit manager.
