ALTEN Software Engineer interview questions

Very bad organised. I was reached out to by Mariana Benites on LinkedIn from Alten for a remote position as software engineer at ASML. The first interview went well and the interviewer was competent. She told me I would get to hear an update on the hiring process in 1 or 2 days. After 3 weeks and multiple messages to both the recruiter and the interviewer I got a call from Alten. The salary range I had specified was too high, I agreed to lowering it and she told me she would invite me to a second interview this week. The next day I got a standard text email from the recruiter saying that they decided not to continue with my application. This makes me feel mistreated as I gave them three weeks of time, multiple messages, calls and empty promises, only to be sudenly rejected without any further explanation.

Esperienza molto neutra ti trattano più come un numero che come persona, ti fanno 2 domande teoriche da scuola proprio e non valutano la tua voglia di crescere parlando di una posizione junior. Da accettare solo se costretti
