ALTEN Projektmanager interview questions

Initially was very casual: after applying via Easy Apply, I got connected with the Alten Hiring Manager, and their HR screener. After a short and mostly informal interview consisting of general background, experience, and acceptable compensation questions, I was set to interviewed again with their working client (a manager at Volvo Trucks.) The secondary interview was more structured, an leaned slightly towards S.T.A.R format, but again was fairly casual.

Au début, j'ai eu un premier entretien avec les RH pour valider mon profil et mes motivations. C'était le point de départ. Ensuite, j'ai rencontré un premier directeur d'agence, mon manager potentiel, pour parler très concrètement du poste et de ses attentes. J'ai dû prouver que j'étais la bonne personne pour son équipe. Puis, j'ai eu un troisième entretien avec un autre directeur d'agence. Je pense que c'était pour avoir un second avis et tester ma capacité d'adaptation. Après ça, j'ai passé un oral technique avec un responsable de secteur pour valider mon expertise métier. Et pour finir, la dernière étape était simplement une réunion pour relire l'offre et le contrat. Le processus était enfin terminé, il ne restait plus qu'à signer.
