ALTEN Java Software Developer interview questions

The Interview process took around 2 weeks(3rounds) . A HR call , followed by a call with a Business Manager and then a final deep technical discussion . After completion of all 3 rounds, I received a mail from the HR saying, I have cleared all the rounds and they are interested in working with me . But right now they do not have any projects suitable for my profile. I was furious after seeing this as any candidate's time should not be wasted or should not even be reached out to , if there were no suitable positions and not reject after clearing all the rounds successfully!!

L'iter prevede 3 Step: primo colloquio conoscitivo, secondo colloquio pre-tecnico, terzo colloquio tecnico. Nel primo colloquio ho raccontato all'HR la mia attuale situazione e le precedenti esperienze e mi è stata fatta una panoramica sull'azienda. Il secondo colloquio è stato con il Business Manager che mi ha posto qualche domanda tecnica più generica che richiedeva risposte non troppo specifiche. Il terzo colloquio con tre sviluppatori senior, ognuno poneva delle domande tecniche più specifiche per capire il livello di preparazione. In generale i colloqui hanno avuto una durata non superiore ai 30 minuti. Devo dire che l'iter di selezione è stato abbastanza rapido, nel giro di 10 giorni ho sostenuto i tre step e ricevuto una proposta di contratto. Peccato però che la proposta sia stata inaccettabile e decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative.
