ALTEN interview questions

Mi hanno fatto un primo colloquio conoscitivo, A seguire una volta individuato il cliente a cui essere assegnato un colloquio tecnico, A seguito di una non accettazione da parte del cliente mi è stato offerto uno stage in attesa di nuovo cliente.

Initially was very casual: after applying via Easy Apply, I got connected with the Alten Hiring Manager, and their HR screener. After a short and mostly informal interview consisting of general background, experience, and acceptable compensation questions, I was set to interviewed again with their working client (a manager at Volvo Trucks.) The secondary interview was more structured, an leaned slightly towards S.T.A.R format, but again was fairly casual.
