ALTEN interview questions

The interview is on friendly terms, handled mostly by engineers rather than HR. There is a short HR part (by phone), a motivational interview and a technical assessment. The process depends on the manger who handling the specific application, so no general consideration can be drawn from my experience.

3 phone interviews with the client for whom I would have worked discussing my curriculum, past job and education, reasons to work in Amadeus (the client I would have worked for), and the company. I had then an on site interview in Sophia Antipolis main site. It lasted just 30 minutes and usually it can be done either in english, french or italian depending on the interviewer
