Explications de l'environnement (suivi, mission)
In my case I reached out to ALTEN, and inquired given their advertisments on Linkedin concerning mechatronics engineers, if they would be interested in me. Was requested to send my CV and a link to Linkedin. After that screening, I got an email back that a ruicruiter would like to call me, I believe within the week. After a pleasent phone call, I was invited to ALTEN in Eindhoven, where I sat through 2 rounds of interviews, with different management personnell. At the end of the second round, I was told they'd be in touch shortly, and they promptly did so.
I was provided with a 'take it or leave it' offer at the end of the rounds, and I thought it suitable, so I took them up on their offer. Haven't regretted that since.

Question 1
Expect general questions regarding your prior work, they way you'd like to work, what you expect from 'consultancy'-work, as well as some questions where they will start to probe some in-depth knowlegde that you claim to have on your CV. From my viewpoint, the management staff comes prepared to the interviews, and they will have educated themselves on the fields that you claim to know. If need be, they'll bring in an expert, to judge your know-how.
