ALTEN interview questions

I got a phone call and briefly discussed my background. Then I was invited for the first interview. The second interview is tech assessment. After that, there is a third interview to discuss further details like salary.

Recruiter contacted me and wanted to schedule an interview. Then ghosted for almost two weeks. Recruiter claimed that a degree was a hard and unnegotiable requirement, since their customers have high expectations. Odd then that I know plenty of people who have worked at Alten, without having degrees. Must be a really in-demand company since they can afford to have higher formal requirements than Google or Apple.
