ALTEN interview questions

3 technical rounds. 1 online coding test. The interviews were simple. Questions from data structure, algorithms, coding were asked. I was interviewed on Java. They had offered me with what I had expected but then when only a week was left to join, they revoked the offer telling that the requirement had frozen. Just a call and they hung up. I would suggest the candidate not to depend on the offer but always keep looking for backup offers. It was an utter waste of time to attend all the rounds of interview along with client round and having go through all of them, the offer was revoked.

Me contactó a traves de una red social una persona de RRHH para un puesto en cliente que ya me habian ofrecido a través de otras consultoras. Le dije que no me interesaba pero la noté tan apurada que accedí a entrevistarme con la jefa de proyecto al dia siguiente. De entrada me llamó fuera del horario que habiamos convenido, apenas sabia nada sobre las necesidades técnicas del proyecto y ni se había leido mi CV (se sorprendió cuando les dije que ya habia trabajado con ellos antes). Me trató con total altivez y casi desprecio en todo momento y cuando llegamos a la parte económica estaban ofreciendo en torno a un 30% menos que el resto de consultoras, se lo dije y me colgó de mala manera. No voy a volver a atender a nadie de esta empresa
