ALTEN interview questions

Gesprek met recruiter over competenties opgedaan tijdens studies en eventuele stages. Bespreken van ambities en beoogde droomjob. Daarna bespreken wat voor projecten zouden passen bij jou profiel, beoogde ambities en wat ze in de aanbieding hebben.

ALTEN initiated a phone call to schedule a meeting with the hiring manager. The meeting was set for one week later. Very friendly and the meeting was about my previous experience and what I had done during my previous job roles. What is the possible start time, and how likely will I fit the position? The overall experience was good and they said they would give an update as soon as they find a suitable project for me.
