Interview
Han fatto perdere tempo a tutti e son pure stati maleducati:
1) Prima chiamata conoscitiva con referente Alten.
2) Mi hanno anticipato la loro offerta, ho chiesto di negoziare il trattamento economico, che prevedeva RAL inferiore alla mia attuale, che poi veniva alzata mediante vari indennizzi (trasferte, ticket, eventuali bonus...). Mi han detto ne avremmo parlato dopo il colloquio con il cliente.
3) Colloquio tecnico con il cliente finale. Andato bene.
4) Ricevo offerta formale.
Durante una telefonata chiedo nuovamente di negoziare lo stipendio e non ne vogliono sapere, han pure sbuffato.
Via mail rifiuto l'offerta, spiegando le motivazioni e le mie condizioni anche alle altre persone coinvolte. Non ho mai ricevuto risposta.
It started with 30 min interview, They asked about an overview of my experience and how it matches with job description. The interviewer gave an overview of company and asked detailed technical questions about my experience.

Interview
I had 3 interviews, an Introduction interview by phone with HR, then another interview on Teams where more details are discussed, the third interview is a technical one. Where they test your C++ knowledge and logical thinking.

Interview
First I had a phone conversation with someone from the recruitement team this conversation was mainly about the possible opportunities, ALTEN as a company and asking about my motivation. Afterwards I had an interview with a businessmanager, before the interview I was asked to fill in their short competence file. Afterwards I was again contacted by a businessmanager. I was unable to answer this call but did answer that I would call back. After calling back my call was left unaswered.
