Il processo inizia con un colloquio conoscitivo per valutare le competenze. Segue un test online per valutare abilità specifiche. Infine, si tiene un colloquio con il manager per discutere il ruolo e l'adattamento alla squadra.

Domande incentrate sullo sviluppo con il linguaggio C e sulla programmazione procedurale, ad esempio: - What is a thread - How are you supposed to pass a parameter to a function if you wish to change the parameter's value within the function
Colloquio tranquillo, l'HR ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio chiedendoti delle domande sul tuo percorso universitario ed eventualmente lavorativo. Poi si procede al check delle skill professionali e fruibili nel mondo del lavoro

Quali progetti hai fatto all'università e in quale linguaggio
El reclutador fue muy desordenado con mi proceso teniendo que recordarle múltiples veces para que agendará mi entrevista técnica . En la entrevista técnica fue todo lo contrario muy amable la persona , preguntas muy claras. Lo malo es que después de la entrevista técnica me gustaron , no me dieron resultados a pesar de hacer seguimiento

They gave told me to solve logic problem in a codebase written in C++.
Also, they asked me more questions about how would I react to certain work scenarios to understand my psychology health.
