The interview was a telephone chat with an ALTEN consultant manager. He asked me a set of question, about my skills (mostly IT), my study experiences (expecially those regarding the thesis period) and goals (both personal and professional). The atmosphere of the whole process was really relaxed and informal, and the spokesman was very willing to answer to all my questions.

I was contacted on LinkedIn. The first phase of the recruitment process was a phone call in which the recruiter asked me questions about my work experience. I never heard from them again.
