Interview
Received a phone call from HR, followed up by 3-4 video-conference call with 3 different people (business managers x2 and director) . Once they were happy with my profile meetings were scheduled with the customer which definitely was a real interview.

Question 1
Mostly behavioural related questions and some technical as well. Since the people that interviewed me had no clue about the technical part it was a joke.
The real interview is when they're trying to 'sell' you as a company asset to the customer (in my case an important car OEM), as long as they can allocate you in a project it should be a piece of cake.
Percorso di selezione abbastanza rapido e non troppo impegnativo.
Domande principalmente di carattere motivazionale o sulle competenze tecniche acquisite negli anni. L'unica pecca: i pochi giorni a disposizione quando ti chiedono di restituire un feedback ad eventuale proposta di contratto.
