have 5 total stages: 1. phone interview (don't remember how long, not more than 30min) 2. first virtual meeting (1 hour) 3. second virtual meeting (1 hour) 4. technical interview with team 5. interview with more senior members one of their in-house recruiters reached out to me on linkedin and scheduled a phone interview. I only got to 3rd stage before being ghosted. Afterwards, another one of their in-house recruiters reached out on linkedin saying i would be a perfect candidate for what they are looking for, I told them I am already in the process of applying for them, and received no response. more details: 1. phone interview asking me what i know about them, talking about myself and what i would like to do. Asked me what my expected salary is, and they said it's too high for them, but willing to compromise, so we continued; 2. persin whom i was talking to would've been my career advisor; asked me a lot more about what i know about their company and told me more about ALTEN. Also talked about my CV. Was ince again asked about my expected salary, for which i gave a lower number, and was told perhaps for SE, it is possible, but is kinda high. 3. asked me to basically just regurgitate what I was told in the second interview (no idea why they have this). Was asked things like "what makes you stand out", or what i would do in certain situations when working in a team. At the end, question of salary came up again, and I was tild my expected salary is way too high, and they are only able to give salary based on number of years worked at ALTEN as a consultant. starting salary is £32500, with no relocation assistance. This is very low.
