4 entretiens, questions focaliser sur notre volonté de trouver des "nouveaux collaborateurs" et des nouvelles affaires. Pas de questions techniques où sur notre motivation. Très vite, le recruteur aborde la situaton de la rémunération et commence à expliquer les packages. Le recruteur fait miroiter un salaire compétitif mais inclus des primes non garanties(recommandation nouvelle employé, nouvelle affaire pour la société...) et la "réalité" du salaire fixe est situé 30% en dessous de la description du recruteur.

Interview
The interview involved three rounds of video interviews, about an hour each. Overall they blended into one as the content and questions asked were often very similar. Took around a month to complete to complete everything. The offer was exceptionally low for the field and what was being asked and so I declined
