ALTEN Business Manager interview questions

Scatty and confusing. They wanted me to fill out a pre-interview questionnaire but only sent it 1hr beforehand. Then proceeded to ask the same questions again in the interview, but worded slightly differently so the answers were completely different (maybe this was deliberate but it made the questionnaire seem pointless). Then they tried to tell me I'd do well in a sector I had no experience in. When I pointed that out they told me I was wrong.
