ALTEN Aerospace Engineer interview questions

I had a first stage interview and received very positive feedback at the end of the meeting, and was promised they will look for a project I am a good fit for and be in touch soon. Over a month later - absolutely no contact from their side. I also interviewed with Alten a few years ago for a graduate position and was also ghosted post interview. It's a shame Alten don't seem to respect their candidate's time, especially when they ask them to fill out an extensive online profile before the interview. I really wish employers learnt that a rejection message is much better than no message at all!
