ALS Global interview questions

Got phone interview 3 days after I submitted the application. Got in person interview 1 week after the phone interview. Got the decision 2 weeks after the in person interview. They hired somebody with specific experience. All the questions were behaviour questions. The technical related questions are something like how do you maintain the instrument. Do you have experience of XXX instrument.

Phone interview went well, was invited for on-site interview. That is where it started going wrong, but I did not find out until later. I was interviewed for a supervisor position only to discover that the section manager was running the department and did not want a supervisor. I was lied to about the postion.
