ALS Global interview questions

Quite standard questions; was respectful but the manager was a bit gruff at times. The interview was scheduled for 40 minutes, ended up being only 20 minutes. In addition, I received a quick tour of the building and was given a day to day recount of a day at work.

the interview process focussed on problem solving and chemistry competency as well as interpersonal skills to ensure a smooth integration into work culture. It also included a review of some data to evaluate innate chemistry understanding.
