ALS Global interview questions

First HR called and tell about shift hours, what the position was about the pay rate and some skills question as well, like excel and word knowledge. Then they scheduled an interview with the manager of the department

Very friendly, few technical questions, a lot of personal questions and laboratory tour. I felt comfortable during all the process. They have asked me about my laboratory experience, knowledges and capabilities. I did not feel under pressure or stressed at all.
