I had an initial phone call with the HR. Then was invited to the second round in-person with the hiring manger.
This was followed by a tour of the lab.

Question 1
What initiative have you taken at your job before.
Straight forward with 2 supervior and not technical tested question, about half an hour. They have a sheet that they followed to ask you question about and evaluate based on 2 superviors.
The interview for the Laboratory Assistant position at ALS went very well. The atmosphere was friendly and professional, the questions were clear, and I felt confident explaining my skills, education, and motivation for the role.
I was first interviewed by the HR and then I ham an in-person interview with the department supervisor. It was a smooth and straightforward interview process, and I was able to get the job! :)
