HR team will contact you by phone/email and set up an interview with one of the managers at the Laboratory. The manager asks a mix of behavioural and technical questions depending on the level of the position you are being interviewed for.

Interview
2 rounds. One on phone with hr to know the background and a few general questions on preferred work shift hrs etc. Next round of interview in office with manager.
The interview process started with an online application, followed by a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. After that, I was invited for an in-person (or virtual) interview, which included both technical and behavioral questions.

Can you describe how you faced a challenge at work and how you handled it?” They seemed very focused on understanding how I approach problem-solving and teamwork.
I had worked there previously. so I had just one interview this round. It was nice to see coworkers. The process was simple and quick. Got an offer in the same week.
