      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AGCO

      Interview

Submitted my resume through a job board. Received an email within a couple weeks and scheduled a general phone interview with an HR Recruiter. She asked me basic questions about why I applied, my work experience, and explained the role. Then she emailed me the next day to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager set-up an in-person interview with himself and a couple other peer level managers. My second in-person interview was really just them presenting me with an offer.

      Question 1

What would you do in a situation where you had more work to do then you could keep up with?
      1 Answer
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AGCO (Batavia, IL) in Jun 2015

      Interview

The interview process was incredibly lengthy. I had 3 phone interviews (recruiter, hiring manager, & director) that staggered over a few weeks. After the initial stage I was asked for an on-site interview which consisted of (5) 45-minute mini one on one interviews with various managers and one HR Generalist. It was a very intense process with many difficult questions some of which I did not feel were relevant.
