Interview contained 4 stages: recruiter, hiring manager, team to be supervised, panel interview with Hiring Manager and their peers. After the last interview, I got no response (positive or negative). Assuming that they moved on with another candidate, I wrote a thank you letter, wishing them well. Still no response.
