During COVID, the interview process was rather slow as it took two weeks to hear back between to three rounds of interviews that I made it. The second and third interviews were hosted by a group of four that seemed to be uninterested in me immediately as my skill set wasn’t what they wanted on paper. I didn’t receiver an offer, however that has not deterred me and I will most likely be applying somewhere within AGCO in the future should I seek a career change.
