Interview
Detailed phone interview with recruiter followed by 30 minute phone interview with hiring manager. HR did not follow up with next steps nor contact me to let me know the position had been filled. These folks simply faded away. Very disappointed that I wasn’t kept in the loop, regardless if I moved forward in the interview process.
Fairly straightforward, 2 stage interview. First stage consisted of general discussion around CV and second stage was a 3 part exercise around sales understanding and technical capabilities. I received an offer on the same day and had to wait a week for the formal letter to come through

Interview
Initial phone interview with HR, then in-person interview with the hiring manager. Brought back for a 1/2 day session with others both within and outside the department who I might interface with. Everyone had a standard list of questions (provided by HR). Very nice - made sure I was comfortable, offered water, etc.
