First you apply of course, next you get a call from hr recruiter and do a phone interview if you fit the qualifications you will be set for a in person interview with a team lead or supervisor and after interview you will be in a group tour to look at the warehouse and to see what you will be doing next you will get a call the next day or two days to get notified if you received the job or not if received the job you will get a offer letter through email and you basically have to send a email back if you accept it then you will receive another email for onboarding paper work to do prior to orientation then after you will receive a call to set up orientation next you will receive orientation details and a reminder to make sure onboarding paperwork is done if not done you will do it at orientation if you choose night shift you will have orientation in the morning just to give a heads up. No drug test is needed for employment but u will get them in random.

They were slow to respond, slow to pull the trigger on the interview, slow to make a decision, and slow to schedule a start date. Interview is standard. Be proactive if you want to get noticed.

Phone screen interview with a recruiter followed by another interview with the hiring manager. Asked 3 questions about experience and then 2 questions about teamwork and leadership. Following the interview, I heard back with in 2 weeks.
